Zúme equips you in basic disciple-making and “simple church” multiplication principles, processes, and practices. Zúme trainings can be done online or in-person for small groups not larger than 12.
Zúme means yeast in Greek. In Matthew 13:33, Jesus said, “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a woman who took yeast and mixed it into a large amount of flour until it was all leavened.” This illustrates how ordinary people, using ordinary resources, can have an extraordinary impact for the Kingdom of God. Zúme aims to equip and empower ordinary believers to saturate the globe with disciples who multiply disciples.
This is a simple, reproducible training resource for small groups/micro-churches/missional communities /simple churches/house churches to create and release the multiplication of disciples and other micro-churches/ simple churches.

FAQs
- Can I do the training by myself? No. There are essential training exercises and practice sessions which require other participants to complete. At least 3-4 people need to be present at every session, or you will not be able to experience the full training.
- This training resource was founded by one of our movement leaders in our relational movement network, who has successfully helped launch thousands of discipleship groups in 156 countries and counting.
- When you sign up you are committed to complete this 10-lesson training.
- Upon completion of the training – the resource is free of charge available online, and you can use it to continue to multiply disciples for Jesus! Coaching is also available after the training.
- This training can be conducted in person for groups of max. 10-12 persons desiring to start simple/missional church communities.
- The beauty of this training, is that it helps you to obey and bear fruit immediately right after the first training session, and you do not need to wait till you complete all 10 sessions in order to be fruitful.
- Online training is effective for those not living in close proximity or those across different countries and time zones.
